Refund Policy for Spring/Fall/Summer Weekly Live Courses

  1. No refund/credit for missing lessons. Our live lessons are video recorded so the students can make up the lesson by watch the video.
  2. No refund after the 2nd lesson.
  3. You will be charged for the 1st lesson if you withdraw before the 2nd lesson.
  4. All withdraw/refund request has to be made in writing via email to info@sparks.academy. Please include the student’s name and the order number in your email. Also include the zelle or paypal information so we can issue refund.
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your withdraw request
  6. Refund are generally issued in the same form of your original payment.
  7. Once your withdraw request is received and inspected, you will receive email notification.
  8. If students withdraw from a class, they will lose access to the class material immediately.

Refund Policy for Summer/Winter Camps

  1. No refund/credit for missing lessons. Normally our live lessons are video recorded so the student can make up the lesson by watch the video
  2. If the refund request is received more than 4 weeks before the start of the camp, the refund amount is 100% of the tuition paid.
  3. If the refund request is received less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the start of the camp session you enrolled in, the refund amount is 60% of the tuition paid.
  4. If a refund request is received less than 2 weeks before the start of the camp session you enrolled in, then no refund will be given.
