📢 Dear Parents and Students,
Congratulations to the outstanding students who qualified for AIME this year! With winter break just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to prepare for the 2025 Spring AIME exam. Our Winter AIME Boot Camp is designed to strengthen math fundamentals, develop problem-solving skills, and build confidence, enabling students to excel in competitive math. Through an intensive week of training, participants will master AIME’s core concepts, improve accuracy, and enhance their problem-solving speed, setting a strong foundation for success.

Course Schedule

📆 Dates: December 30 – January 3 (Monday to Friday)

• Morning Session: Two-hour topic lectures (⏰ 10 AM–12 PM CT)
• Afternoon Session: Another Two-hour topic lectures  (⏰ 2 PM–4 PM CT)

What is AIME?

The American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) is a prestigious math competition designed for top-performing students in AMC 10 and AMC 12. This rigorous exam consists of 15 fill-in-the-blank questions to be solved in 3 hours. Achieving success in AIME requires:

• Comprehensive knowledge of mathematical concepts.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.
• Precise calculation accuracy.
• Effective time management.

Our boot camp provides targeted instruction and extensive practice to address these challenges, preparing students to achieve their best scores.

AIME scores are a significant factor for admissions to top U.S. universities like Stanford, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon. Many of our past students have used their AIME success to stand out in competitive admissions processes and gain entry into these elite institutions.

Daily Practice

Each day includes carefully selected homework assignments to reinforce learned concepts. The following morning, instructors will review solutions before moving on to new topics. At the end of the camp, students will receive a brand-new mock exam with solutions, designed to simulate real test conditions, helping them identify areas for improvement and adjust to the exam’s rhythm.

Online Learning

💻 Format: Interactive online classes via Zoom.
Our boot camp offers the flexibility of online learning, making it accessible from anywhere. Recorded sessions 🎥 will be available for students who miss a class or need additional review.

Instructor

👨‍🏫 Meet Mr. Yang:
An experienced instructor with over a decade of coaching in math and computer science competitions, Mr. Yang has mentored students who achieved IMO silver medals, IOI gold medals, and membership in the U.S. training teams.

Important Dates and Exam Info

The 2025 AIME exam dates are:

• February 6, 2025
• February 12, 2025

To advance to the next round (JMO/AMO), students typically need a minimum score of 9 on the AIME.
